3. Services and project agreements
Service descriptions are general information, not binding offers. Scope, price, milestones, payment, delivery, revisions, maintenance, cancellation and any refunds must be agreed in writing before paid work begins. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation to accept a project.

Website branding, original text and design are owned by Bradhub LLC or their respective licensors. Bootstrap is used under its applicable open-source license. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are determined by the relevant written project agreement.

Apple, Google and other platform names belong to their respective owners. Bradhub LLC is not presented as an endorsed partner of those companies. App publication, advertising eligibility, platform approval and search or advertising performance are determined by third parties and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Information and availability
We aim to keep information accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content will always be complete or error-free. The website is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bradhub LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website.
